Deactivation request

You can can request to delete your account through the app in settings or alternatively reach out via our email below.

This will permanently delete your account and personal data. It will cancel any active subscriptions. The deletion will occur 14 days after the request. If you change your mind, you can stop the process before the 14 day period by logging into your account and reactivating from the menu screen.
