Who are we?
We’re passionate about audio shows and books, but productions are slowing down. With not as many stories being made, Heard is aiming to become a library of audio stories and shows that can host independent audio productions as well as something a bit more classic and niche.
But we want more.
We don’t just host audio, we make it. With our own Heard originals and exclusives in production, ready to release throughout the year. Being a Heard member means something. It directly helps us fund these productions and means that we can continue to create more original audio shows.

We’re an audio book and audio show streaming app. With a love for the niche and classic audio stories and shows. We have audiobooks such as Robin of Sherwood, dramas such as Harry’s Home and interviews such as Carry On Unheard. Our library is growing every month from comedies, and dramas, to documentaries and quizzes. We want to be the home of audio entertainment.
The Heard app is available on Android and iOS for tablet and mobile or we have our web app app.heard.plus for desktop. The desktop is where you can make individual purchases if you’d prefer to listen that way.
Your £4.99 membership let’s you listen to as much audio in our library as you want.
Unlike other apps, we don’t have tokens or listening limits. You can listen to as much and as often as you like with a Heard subscription.
To purchase a title instead of subscribe, sign up to the app and create an account. Then on the information page of the title you wish to buy, press the ‘How to purchase’ button. This will send a link to your email where you a redirected to the web app where you can purchase it. You can then continue to listen on the web app or back on your mobile app where it will synch.
